The Nether reaches temperatures much higher than 35.0°C, meaning that you will constantly receive damage by Heat Stroke if you come here unprepared.

To survive the temperatures of the Nether, combine the effects of Cold Food and Cold Drink and make sure to get high tiers of these effects such as Cold Food III and Cold Drink III. Craft a full Diamond armor that has natural heat reistance and reforge its leggins and chesplate to Masterful, this quality tier will grand +1°C of thermal resistance on each piece for a total of +2°C of thermal resistance, fnally apply cooling coat.

Survival on the End

The End drops the temperature below 0°C, meaning that you will constantly receive damage by hypothermia if you come here unprepared.

To survive the freezing temperatures of the Nether, combine the effects of Hot Food and Hot Drink and make sure to get high tiers of these effects like Hot Food III and Hot Drink III. Craft a full Netherite armor set that has natural cold resistance, coat it and reforge it to masterful.
